Our team—Maxine, Kathy, Traci, Jennifer, LaKeisha, Jasmine, Amber, Pat and Darlene—includes nine commissioned Notaries Public in North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland, and bring five (5) to forty-nine (49) years of notary experience. As Notary Signing Agents, we carefully oversee document signings, providing a second review to confirm that all required pages are properly signed and/or properly initialed. We proudly serve individuals, families, professionals, small businesses, mortgage lenders, title companies, and organizations with mobile notary services, loan-signing appointments, apostille services, fingerprinting, wedding officiant services, field inspections, and general notary needs. We also provide on-site drug screening service using EZ Saliva I™ and OraConfirm™ testing kits — Exclusively certified by OraTek Diagnostics — and using Form I-9 provides I-9 verification services for employers who must confirm employee eligibility to work in the United States.
